KFM Adults
The KFM Adults classes are all about developing your knowledge and ability through the KFM program! The classes will take you from technique into application while stretching you mentally and physically! The classes are mixed and everyone is welcome regardless of sex, age, fitness or experience of martial arts. You will work with and without weapons learning and developing practical and effective abilities for todays streets. Come along and experience KFM for yourself, and become part of the fighting revolution!!!

Times / locations
- Monday - South Hunsley Leisure Centre Adults class 8.00pm to 9.00pm, Urban Weapons 9.00pm to 10.00pm
- Tuesday - Swanland Village Hall Urban Weapons 7.00pm to 7.45pm, Adults class 7.45pm to 8.30pm
- Wednesday - Willerby Manor Hotel Adults class 7.00pm to 7.45pm, Urban Weapons 7.45 to 8.30pm
- Thursday - Willerby Manor Hotel Urban Weapons 7.00pm to 7.45pm, Adults class 7.45pm to 8.30pm
Prices
- Single class: £10.00 (Mondays and Fridays only)
- Monthly (one class per week): £29.00
- Monthly (come to as many classes as you want to): £42.00 per month
